About Peggy Patenaude

As a life-long resident of Massachusetts, experienced real estate professional and leader of the Peggy Patenaude Team, I feel that Real Estate is not just about houses, it is about people. I recognize and value the trust my clients place in me, and I strive every day to exceed their expectations.

My sales consistently rank in the top 1% of William Raveis, and the team and I are continually recognized as top producers.

I first got my real estate license in 1984 and worked for an area builder. I then went on to form a land speculation company that specialized in finding developable land in Andover.

In the 90s, my husband and I followed a dream to open a comedy club, Stevie D’s in Middleton. We worked tirelessly to create a comfortable and fun environment. It was a huge success… until the recession hit and we lost everything!

I returned to real estate as an assistant while raising three young sons, 1, 2, and 4! In 2001, when my youngest son was 10, now a single mother, I became a full-time (and then some) real estate agent and I have never looked back. I love the dynamic aspect of real estate, understanding the market and helping people. Hard work, honesty, integrity, knowledge, and a “thick skin” are the keys to being successful in real estate.

My family and I resided in both North Andover and Andover. The boys attended public schools, St. Augustine School and Central Catholic. We love all that the Andovers’ and the surrounding area offer to its residents and find joy in sharing this with my clients. The small town environment, the many wonderful events and convenient location are just a few of the things that we all love so much.

My life experiences and challenges have helped prepare me to help others as they make one of the largest investments (personal and financial) of their lives.

Over the last 20 (plus) years I have sold over 500 homes, and met and worked with hundreds of clients, many who have become lifelong friends. I have gained invaluable knowledge, experience, and insight to help you with your real estate needs.
